At SureFlow Finance, we know that even when you have every intention of keeping to your commitments, life can sometimes get in the way. The Grace Token is one of the ways we recognise customers who have built a strong relationship with us through consistent and responsible repayment. It gives eligible customers the opportunity to request a little flexibility when an unexpected situation makes things difficult. It isn’t something we want you to need. But if you do, we want you to know that your consistency has been noticed.

If you have an active Grace Token, you may request one of the available benefits when circumstances arise. Your request will always be reviewed individually, and approval is not automatic. We simply want to make sure that when life gets a little complicated, you have a way to reach out and ask for support. Sometimes, a little breathing room can make all the difference.

WHAT YOU CAN REQUEST FOR:

DEPENDING ON YOUR CIRCUMSTANCES AND APPLICABLE TERMS, YOU MAY REQUEST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

1. REPAYMENT EXTENSION - UP TO 7 DAYS

Request a short extension to your repayment deadline if an unexpected situation has affected your ability to pay as originally scheduled.

2. ONE-TIME REPAYMENT SCHEDULE - UP TO 14 DAYS

Request a one-time adjustment to your repayment schedule, for up to seven days, where your circumstances and the programme’s terms permit it.

Please select only one benefit. All requests are reviewed individually, and submission does not guarantee approval. A repayment extension or schedule adjustment must not be treated as approved until SureFlow Finance confirms the decision.

We appreciate your honesty and encourage you to explain your circumstances as clearly as possible. Our aim is to understand your request and consider it fairly, in accordance with the programme’s terms and conditions.
