Trusted Access gives selected borrowers access to exclusive borrowing benefits that aren’t available to everyone. Depending on your individual Trusted Access level, you may receive the opportunity to borrow interest-free for an agreed period of time, subject to final review and approval.
Your Trusted Access level and available limit are individually assigned based on your relationship with SureFlow Finance, repayment history, account performance, affordability and other relevant factors.
We don’t believe everyone should automatically receive the same level of access. We believe responsible borrowing should create opportunities.

INTEREST-FREE BORROWING
Eligible members may have the opportunity to borrow their available Trusted Access amount without interest for an agreed period of time.
SIMPLIFIED ACCESS
Invited members may be able to request Trusted Access without completing the full new-client loan application process.
PERSONALISED LIMITS
Your Trusted Access limit is individually assigned. It reflects the level of access you’ve earned with SureFlow Finance.
EXCLUSIVE BENEFITS
Trusted Access is not available to everyone. Your invitation represents recognition of your relationship and account history with us.
OPPORTUNITY TO PROGRESS
Responsible use of your Trusted Access benefit may support continued access to future SureFlow opportunities, subject to ongoing assessment.
Trusted Access is an invitation-only benefit offered at the discretion of SureFlow Finance.
Receiving an invitation does not guarantee that every request will be approved.
All Trusted Access requests remain subject to final review, affordability assessment and applicable lending criteria.
The amount available and the interest-free period may vary between borrowers.
The interest-free benefit applies only where the full amount is repaid within the agreed interest-free period. Where the applicable conditions are not met, the standard loan terms applicable to the request may take effect.
SureFlow Finance reserves the right to review, modify, suspend or withdraw Trusted Access eligibility and benefits where appropriate.
