Help us create thoughtful customer experiences by supporting enquiries, maintaining positive relationships and assisting with our customer and community programmes. This role calls for patience, clear communication, empathy and the ability to handle information responsibly.
2. SOCIAL MEDIA & BRAND PROMOTION ASSISTANT
For someone who knows how to turn a message into a connection.
Help bring the SureFlow Finance brand to life through engaging content, social media support and marketing activities. We value creativity, consistency, good judgement and an understanding of how to communicate with an audience in a genuine and engaging way.
3. LOAN PROCESSING & UNDERWRITING OFFICER
For someone who values accuracy, fairness and responsible decisions.
Support the review of applications, verification of information, assessment processes and maintenance of accurate records. This area requires attention to detail, discretion, sound judgement and a commitment to following established procedures.
4. OPERATIONS & ADMINISTRATION COORDINATOR
For someone who finds satisfaction in making things work well.
Help keep daily activities organised through careful record keeping, administrative support, process coordination and follow-through. We value people who are dependable, methodical, proactive and comfortable managing responsibilities with care.
5. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIP MANAGER
For someone who sees possibilities and knows how to build relationships.
Help explore opportunities for responsible growth, develop suitable partnerships and strengthen connections that align with our mission. This area calls for initiative, relationship-building skills, strategic thinking and a strong understanding of the importance of trust.
