This form is for members who wish to request access to funds held within their Savings Circle account.
Before submitting your request, please ensure that you have met the participation requirements of your chosen Savings Circle and that your account is in good standing.
Our team will review your request and contact you if any additional information is required.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed in the order they are received.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
- Members must satisfy the minimum participation period applicable to their Savings Circle.
- SureFlow Finance reserves the right to verify account information before releasing funds.
- Submission of a withdrawal request does not guarantee immediate release of funds.
- Any applicable Savings Circle rules and terms remain in effect.
