* Valid Proof of Identity (National ID Card, International Passport, Voter’s Card or Driver’s Licence)

* Proof of Address (Utility Bill, Bank Statement or Tenancy Agreement)

* Proof of Income (Payslip, Employment Letter, Bank Statement or Business Income Records)

* BVN (Bank Verification Number)

You will also need a valid mobile phone number, active email address, and details of the borrower, including their full name, phone number, residential address, and email address.

• All information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
• SureFlow Finance may verify information and supporting documents submitted as part of this guarantor application.
• By acting as a guarantor, you confirm that you understand the responsibilities outlined in the Guarantor Agreement.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in rejection of the guarantor application and may affect the borrower’s application.
• Submission of this form does not automatically make you liable as a guarantor until the verification process has been completed and the Guarantor Agreement has been reviewed.
• SureFlow Finance reserves the right to accept or decline any guarantor application at its sole discretion.
• All information submitted will be treated confidentially and used solely for verification, compliance, and loan assessment purposes.
