Loan amounts, repayment terms and interest rates are determined at the sole discretion of SureFlow Finance and may vary based on affordability, repayment history, account conduct and other risk factors.

If approved, you agree to repay the loan in accordance with the agreed repayment schedule. Failure to make repayments on time may result in additional collection efforts and may affect your eligibility for future loans.

You consent to being contacted by SureFlow Finance via phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other communication methods regarding your application, loan account and repayment obligations.

Where a guarantor or reference is provided, you confirm you have obtained their permission to share their details with SureFlow Finance.

Your personal information will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of processing, managing and administering your application and any approved loan, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Any request for a repayment extension must be made before the repayment due date and remains subject to review and approval by SureFlow Finance.

Approval of one loan does not guarantee approval of future applications. Future lending decisions will be based on repayment history, affordability and other relevant factors.

SureFlow Finance reserves the right to decline any application without obligation to provide detailed reasons.
